A community on Interstate 84 between Hood River and The Dalles.
Mosier is the “Gem of the Gorge,” partly because of its position
in the heart of the Columbia Gorge National Scenic area. We are in the
transitional climate zone between the soggy Cascades to the west and
the teeming desert to the east. We're also a Gem simply by our size.
We're a little town of 400+ people and a rural valley population of another
1200. But primarily we're the little Gem of the Gorge because we're tough
and brilliant… with a personality that can cut glass!
